How do you remind tenants to pay rent?
If tenants cannot pay rent on time because of genuine reasons, we send a friendly rent reminder through letter and notice after their rent date is due. We also send text messages or make phone calls to connect with tenants and remind them about rent payments.
Do you screen applicants?
Yes! We have a comprehensive tenant screening process in place that allows us to perform thorough background checks on applicants. We inspect applicants’ employment, credit score, tenancy, criminal history and other important things to ensure they are the most qualified for your property.
How do my tenants get help if there is a problem at midnight?
If something happens that could be considered an emergency, we are available round-the-clock to respond to all your tenant’s complaints and emergency repairs. Our licensed contractors and vendors can take care of all your queries and fix the repairs promptly with their quality repair services.
How do you handle evictions?
We have a strong legal backup that we use to evict your problem tenants as early as possible. We follow a legal eviction procedure and send a notice to your tenants, asking them to vacate your rental. We file an eviction suit if they deny leaving and send a final notice.
How quickly can you evict my tenants?
It takes approximately 1 to 91 days from notice to pay or quit issuance, depending on the length of tenancy and the reason for eviction.
