Total move-in cost differs depending on the property. At minimum, the security deposit and first month’s rent are due prior to moving in. After the application is approved, you will be required to pay the full security deposit in the form of certified funds only. Most of our properties will consider pets on a case by case basis and final approval, by the owner, is required. Applicant(s) understand that the Security Deposit will increase by $300 (refundable) for each approved pet. Pit Bull, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, or any breed synonymous with or mixed with these breeds are prohibited.

Yes. In case of early lease termination, you will be required to provide 30-day notice and continue to pay the rent until a new lease is executed. You must also ensure that the property is move-in-ready for the next tenant. Non-compliance with the lease may result in negative credit reports and/or a small claims judgment against you.
