I love this property but the landscaping has become an issue since 2 years ago.
There is still landscaping work that needs to be done. I requested they schedule with me so I could be here but they did not.

The customers service is always professional and timely. Anytime we have had an issue with the home, The problem was fixed extremely efficiently. I am very grateful!

Maintenance came in, assest issue with the sink and came 1 1/2 hr later and replaced the sink quick and easy!

I had broken sprinklers by my shrubs and water was gushing out. New West Property Management sent out a Landscaping Company that repaired the sprinkler problem and also cleaned my walkway which was full of mud leading to my home. Highly recommend them.

I would post a zero if possible. New West Property Management bilked my wife and I out of $250 dollars, had we not exited the application process when we did, by our own decision, we would have most certainly been relieved of another $4,200 in security deposit no doubt. We had no issue passing the credit check, no evictions, clean rental history.

Worked to get the hot water heater replaced. They had to work with property owner who would not respond quickly. Once that obstacle was cleared the process was smooth.
