You guys have to read their yelp reviews! Because every single thing that everyone is saying on there is on point!! We got displaced from the Los Angeles fires. The pacific palisades fire that burned everything down. Every thing we own is in a storage and we decided to move to Vegas.. finally we find a perfect house thru a realtor and this company.. Look I'm not gonna sit here and type my frustration out on Pharaoh businesses such as this one.. I'm just gonna say this: We dodged a bullet and it cost us $120. If you are smart. Read the writing on the walls like we did. A property management business like this reminds me of the Los Angeles fires.. Every year, you got to watch out for the damage and destruction they do towards families who want a home.


All issues are resolved in a timely and courteous way.

Minor harrasment, poor maintence, poor attitude, unresponsive and favoritism.

Where to start.... We viewed the house and applied. Got approved and then when we mentioned the house needed work, was told that we had to mention it on application...um, we saw it for like 5 seconds! No offense but that was not ok. So we got our keys and did our walk through. The house was in rough shape. Not being picky but the walls were dirty, like not cleaned or fresh painted at all. Bad patched holes, back yard a hot mess, electrical issues...and the list goes on. Mind you, they said that the house was "move-in" ready... I waited to do this feedback because I think it's only fair to those coming into it to know what they are getting into. Yes some issues have been fixed. Other's, I'm still trying to get fixed after weeks of following up. Also, why is is the tenants responsibility to call the vendor if the maintenance people can't get ahold of the vender???? All in all, it could have been handled better.
